Now before you start, yes I am a vegetarian, but I used to be one of the most carnivorous meat eaters that, well, I ever knew. I don’t hate meat eaters – I respect anyones right to a choice (as I hope others respect my choice), so if I see some great meat dish, or cut I always tell my flesh eating friends.
Today on luxury sale site, Gilt.com there is a private sale for Robinsons Prime Reserve meat cuts.
Based out of Louisville, Kentucky, these butchers have been in business for a century, it wasn’t until last year that their prime cuts — formerly reserved for top-flight restaurants, international dignitaries and a few royal families — became available online, to the masses. Custom-aged according to the Robinson family’s specifications, this beef is known for its off-the-charts marbling and distinct flavor. The company’s free-range bison, poultry, pork, lamb and veal are also selected according to strict guidelines, which ensure butter-soft results that have been known to tempt even staunch vegetarians.
While I no longer crave meat and thus am not tempted, if you would like to buy some of Robinsons meats via Gilt’s private 24 hour sale – you can sign up using my personal invitation link right here. Just tell ’em a lil craven maven sent you! Hurry! They sell out fast!!
Happy shopping and cooking!
