Patch NYC exclusive line at West Elm

Patch for West Elm

I came across Patch NYC a few months back via a rather voracious ‘click session’. Designers Don Carney and John Ross are masters at making decadent chunky jewelry full of vintage goodness, sophisticated but not posh scarves and cushions and blankets that will make you crave a rainy day JUST so you can wrap up in them and watch tv. (They have a striped linen and gold trim blanket that has my name all over it…but my wallet, not so much i’m sad to say!).

The illustrations on many of Patch’s cushions and artwork is reminiscent of block prints – with strong dark and determined lines outlining beatles or ships or many other things that make you think of yesteryear. These are the sort of pieces that aren’t ‘hip’ but timeless. Your decor will thank you.

So how stoked was I to hear that Patch would be releasing an exclusive line with West Elm?! Very. The line includes the lovely plates above – with the tattoo-ish illustrative designs as well as ‘pillows’ (as they call cushions here in the US) and wall art.

But hurry, the line is exclusively with West Elm stores and on their site for a limited time!! I know what’s going on MY wishlist!!

Check out the entire collection here.
