Eat to live or live to Eat?

Eat this Not that

There is no denying it that being born and raised in Europe one’s palate is very, very different from that of those in the USA. That being said, I was also raised by a mother who bought Organic and made sure we all got our RDA of fruit n’ fibre and then some.
Don’t get me wrong, we didn’t eat the most healthiest, nutritious meals 100% of the time, but we did MOST of the time and thats the point. There is nothing wrong with junk food, but there is something wrong with eating it often.
Eat This Not That is not only a series of great books that tells you about healthier substitutions at famous eateries, but a weekly segment that is featured on the Today show by David Zinckzenko, authour of said book and editor in chief of Men’s Health Magazine.

If you get the chance check out the Eat This Not That website.
